Domain Registrant Rights and Responsibilities

When you register a generic Top-Level Domain (gTLD) such as .com, .net, or .org with Zomro, your registration is governed by the regulations established by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN).
As an ICANN-accredited registrar, Zomro is dedicated to ensuring that our customers are well-informed. Understanding your rights and duties helps you protect your digital assets, maintain an uninterrupted online presence, and secure your domain portfolio.

YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AS A DOMAIN REGISTRANT
To maintain ownership and prevent unauthorized suspension or deletion of your domain name, you must fulfill the following mandatory obligations:
    • 3.1. Accurate Contact Information (WHOIS/RDDS): You are legally required to provide and maintain accurate, valid, and complete contact details in the public registry. This includes your full legal name, physical address, postal code, email address, and telephone number. Providing false or intentionally incomplete data is a material breach of your registration agreement.

    • 3.3. Mandatory Response to Verification Requests: To prevent domain fraud and identity theft, Zomro conducts routine data accuracy checks. You must respond to any WHOIS/RDDS accuracy inquiry or verification email sent by Zomro within fifteen (15) calendar days. Failure to respond within this 15-day window will result in the immediate technical suspension of your domain name.
    • 3.4. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Zomro Control Panel login credentials, managing your private API keys, and keeping your account secure (we strongly recommend enabling Multi-Factor Authentication).
