We would like to inform you that starting April 3, we are updating the service deletion timelines after the end of the paid period.
New service deletion timelines:
- Dedicated Server — deletion after 7 days
- Shared Hosting — deletion after 14 days
- Cloud VPS:
- if the service has been active for more than 1 month — deletion after 7 days
- if the service has been active for less than 1 month — deletion after 2 days
If for any reason you are experiencing difficulties with payment but plan to renew your service, please contact our support team.
If you notify us in advance about a possible delay in payment, in some cases we may be able to keep your server running without suspension.
If you no longer need the service, we would appreciate it if you delete it yourself in your client area or submit a request to our technical support team.
