# Warning: Safari changes in 2025 may affect your advertising campaign data

17-09-2025

## Starting in September 2025 with the iOS 26 browser update, Safari may begin removing URL click parameters, including GCLID/FBCLID in regular browsing sessions, not just in private browsing mode.

Without click identifiers, linking conversions on the site to specific transitions through advertising announcements becomes practically impossible. This leads to data loss, incomplete reports, and reduced advertising campaign effectiveness.

We recommend carefully monitoring data analytics changes and considering possible differences in user metrics for visitors to your Safari site. This will help timely adapt marketing strategies and maintain advertising effectiveness.

**The Zomro team continues to monitor the situation and will inform you about important updates.**
